  • What payment types do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal via our online store. Additionally at time of pickup, we can take cash, Venmo, and Cash App. We are also set up to take payment plans from Paypal (credit approval is required).

  • Can I finance my computer?

     Yes! We currently offer payment plans through Paypal, Klarna, Affirm, and AfterPay. Additionally you can arrange a layaway plan directly with us.

  • What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection for damages and buyer is responsible for returning the item to us. Warranty claims, returns, and similar are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Do you ship your computers? And where?

    Yes we ship, however due to the sensitive nature of our builds, we only ship to the lower 48 United States.

  • Can I exchange items?

    Since our PC’s are one-off custom built we do not offer exchanges.  However, if you have a problem with your order or would like to do some updates or upgrades, please contact us and we will work with you on a viable solution.

  • How quickly do you build a computer?

    Computers we have posted in our store for sale have already been built, configured, and tested. They are essentially ready to take home, or ship out, immediately. For custom build orders, generally from start to finish, we can get them ready for pickup, or for shipping, in under a week.

  • I want something customer built. How do I go about that?

    It’s simple! Just use our custom build inquiry form to give us details on what you’re wanting built. We will price out a custom solution, build list, and quote for you and contact you as soon as possible.
